How to get it

The first release of jCFX5 (Java shell of Ansys CFX5) is available to download. You are warmly welcome to try it, and leave me some feedback. To get started, you will need:

  1. The latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE, download it from java.sun.com)
  2. ANSYS CFX Version 5 or higher installed preferably with the default settings
  3. jCFX5.jar (97KB, download), or the distribution package containing the executable, the instructions page, and the example CFX model (prepared with CFX11) with “template.pre” file (7.9MB, download).
